- Before offering & purchasing on anything I design & post, please be sure to read my ToS.
- Once you have purchased/offered on my art/designs, you are confirming that you have read & understood the following terms listed below.- If there are any other additional rules added to individual posts that have any alterations from this ToS due to whatever reason, they must be abided by as well.- If you don't want art you have purchased or your name/links to be disclosed publicly, please let me know ASAP since there will always be a chance that I might publicly post such information.Any inquires?

- I allow you to take inspirations from my designs but please do not heavily reference my designs UNLESS you are the owner of purchased designs.
- HOWEVER, a continuing thought from the previous point, that although I do allow heavily referencing for ONLY the owners of my designs, I do not permit anyone copying my art under any circumstances.- Please credit for me for my art and do not claim it as yours especially if you post it publicly in any shape or form.
Do not remove my watermark.Designs/Adopts Policy
- Owners of my adopts may redesign the characters as they wish as long as the character still stays recognizable.
- I permit holds up to 14 days unless there are outside factors that I see fit though still beware that it won't stay on hold forever. Also, when purchasing an adopt, I have a cooldown period of 2 weeks, so please at least try to make some connection with the character- You may resell my designs, but only for the same base value that was purchased unless other monetary value has been added.I have the rights to refuse an offer if I see necessary & not discuss the reasons explicitly if I choose to do so.
Adopts/designs will not be sent over to the bidder/buyer until whatever means of payment have been sent through.Scamming will result in a blacklist or block.What I Will Draw:
- Dragons (Fandom & Non-fandom)
- Other mythical creatures
- Most animals
- Gore
What I Won't Draw:
- Humans
- Humanoids
- Anthro
(For the above 3, you can ask and I may draw them but for the timebeing, I won't put them on my "will draw" list until I am comfortable)
- Anything NSFW related
- Anything that presumes a hateful topic
- Anything that I believe isn't up to my skill levelPayment/Refund Policy
- I accept payment through Paypal, Cashapp and maybe Zelle if dealing with money
- When there is an occurence that money is not an option, I take DeviantArt points, gift cards (will specify in dm's if form of payment), characters, customs, or art.- As was listed above in the designs/adopts policy, I will not send over the adopt until the means of payment have successfully gone through.- I will refund you if there are any emergency or outside factors that I find acceptable.
- I will not refund you if you buy designs from me and then realize that you dislike itFeel free to let me know if there are any grammatical errors, if I missed something, or if there are any other issues. I'll gladly correct anything if needed.

____________________________________During the commissioning process, I may ask you to pay a quarter or half of the price depending on the situation, before I provide you a sketch. When that sketch is sent through, you may point out anything that you'd want to be tweaked that I possibly missed or you want to be changed.Once the commission is completed, you'll first send through the rest (or all) of the payment owed and I will then provide you the full piece.Note: If changes are asked for during the sketch phase, I will happily change whatever doesn't seem right, but if some alterations are asked for when shown the completed piece, I'll ask for an extra charge.
