- Before offering & purchasing on anything I design & post, please read my ToS.
- Once you have sent in an offer or completed a purchase, you are confirming that you have read & understood the following terms listed below.- If there are any other additional rules added to individual posts that have any alterations from this ToS due to whatever reason, they must be abided by as well.- If you prefer not to have art you've purchased or your name being publicly disclosed, please let me know ASAP.Any inquires?

- Inspiration from my designs is okay, but do not heavily reference them UNLESS you are the owner of said purchased designs.- Please credit me for my art and do not claim it as yours especially if you post it publicly.
Do not remove my watermark.Designs/Adopts Policy
- Owners of my adopts may redesign the characters as they wish as long as the character still stays recognizable.
- I permit holds up to 14 days unless there are outside factors that I see fit.
Beware: It wont be on hold forever.- When purchasing an adopt, there is a cooldown period of 2 weeks, so please at least try to make some connection with the character.- You may resell my designs, only for the same base value that was purchased unless other monetary value has been added.I have the rights to refuse an offer if I see necessary & not discuss the details if I choose to do so.
Adopts/designs will not be sent over to the bidder/buyer until means of payment have been sent through.Scamming will result in a blacklist or block.What I Will Draw:
- Dragons
- Mythical creatures
- Animals
- Gore
- Humans (Upper half)
- Humanoids (Upper half)
What I Won't Draw:
- Humans (Lower half)
- Humanoids (Lower half)
- Anthro (maybe? not comfortable just yet)
- Anything NSFW related
- Anything presuming a hateful topic
- Anything that I believe isn't up to my skill levelPayment/Refund Policy
- I accept payment through Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, & Venmo
- If money is not an option, I take DeviantArt points, gift cards (DM specifications), characters, customs, or art.- I will NOT send over the adopt until means of payment have successfully gone through.- Refunds will given out in the case of an emergency or outside factors I find acceptable.
- I will not refund you if you buy designs from me and then later realize you dislike themComments are always welcome if I missed something.
All I ask is to please be appropriate. I'll gladly correct anything if needed.

____________________________________COMISSIONING PROCESS:
I'll ask you to pay a quarter or half of the price (situation-dependent), before I hand you a sketch.
When that sketch is through, you may point out anything that you'd like tweaked or you want to be changed.Once the commission is completed, you'll send through the rest of the payment owed and I will then provide you the full piece.Note: If tweaks are asked for during the sketch phase, I will happily change whatever is needed, BUT if some alterations are asked for when shown the completed piece, I'll ask for an extra charge.
